Based in Petersfield, Hampshire, UK, we specialise in Spanish, German, Portuguese, Italian and French, offering students the opportunity to take a language at A Level even if this is a subject that their school or college does not offer.

A Level Courses
All of our courses in Modern Foreign Languages are based on the AQA syllabus, with the exception of Portuguese (Pearson Edexcel).

 Originally an in-person language school, KML is now home to an international learning community, with all courses hosted within our tailor-made online platform. |  We encourage students to immerse themselves in the target language at every opportunity in order to broaden knowledge of the themes on the A Level curriculum. With this in mind, we design complimentary special events and virtual field trips for students, such as this live Flamenco concert and lecture from Madrid. |  High achievers are welcome: our Fast Track programmes offer a route to A Level in just one academic year, and we offer support with university applications. |

 Our language courses are carefully planned to give students everything they need to reach their goals, with a carefully-schosen selection of resources and built-in progress tracking tools. For vocabulary learning, there is the option to use the Quizlet app, which offers students interactive games, quizzes and activities to test and improve their knowledge. |  Grammar and Translation lessons focus on the essentials of grammar, whilst encouraging students to build advanced translation skills as they move through each course. |  Learning something new in a target language is a great way to boost confidence and practice communicating in real-world contexts. As part of the programme of live online events, the Spanish A Level students recently took a virtual Field Trip to Mexico City for a guided tour to learn about its Aztec history. |
 We welcome private candidates studying for British academic qualifications and have a network of partner centres where students can enter for exams. |  We are proud to partner with @onetreeplanted to plant trees in Spain and Brazil. One Tree Planted is a non-profit organisation dedicated to global reforestation, restoring biodiversity and animal habitats. |  Our tutors encourage wider reading and engagement in the target language and can help students to find high-quality content and authentic resources, both online and offline. |
